Richard Mille RM UP-01 Ferrari
More actions
The Richard Mille RM UP-01 Ferrari is an ultra-thin titanium tonneau watch built jointly with Ferrari, its case measuring just 1.75mm thick and, at release in 2022, the thinnest mechanical watch ever made. The hand-wound calibre RM UP-01, developed with movement specialist Renaud & Papi, is itself only 1.18mm thick and uses a patented ultra-flat escapement with a grade-5 titanium balance wheel to hold a 45-hour power reserve while showing only hours and minutes. The dial carries the Ferrari prancing-horse logo, and the watch was limited to 150 pieces reserved for Ferrari clients and partners. (Wrist Aficionado; aBlogtoWatch)
Photographs of this watch on Ferrari drivers are discussed as publicity, not episode evidence, in The Team Watches of Drive to Survive.
