The Ritmo Mundo Racer is the motorsport-styled quartz chronograph collection launched in 2014 by the Beverly Hills design house Ritmo Mundo. (Relojes de Película) The company had announced a five-year partnership making it the official timepiece of the IndyCar Series and Indy Pro Series in March 2007, its first motor-sports tie-in. (JCK) The current Racer line carries that racing identity forward in a roughly 44 mm cushion-shaped steel case under a tachymeter bezel, with threaded, spark-plug-styled pushers and crown and a tri-register dial driven by a Swiss Ronda quartz chronograph movement; a tire-tread-textured rubber strap completes the theme.
