Japanese dealers suffix the dial: 116234G denotes ten diamond hour markers, and the example photographed here, from the Tokyo dealer Housekihiroba, pairs them with a silver dial engraved with a repeating "ROLEX" motif, on a Jubilee bracelet; its guarantee is dated August 2010.
