A Family (ヤクザと家族 The Family, also known in English as Yakuza and the Family) is a Japanese crime drama directed by Michihito Fujii, released in Japan on 29 January 2021. Go Ayano plays Kenji Yamamoto, a drifter who becomes the sworn son of the yakuza boss Hiroshi Shibasaki (Hiroshi Tachi), and the film follows the Shibasaki-gumi through three periods, 1999, 2005 and 2019. Yukiya Kitamura plays the lieutenant Tsutomu Nakamura, Kosuke Toyohara the rival boss Masatoshi Kato, and Hayato Ichihara co-stars. (IMDb; TMDB)
