The Seiko Moomin and Friends Official Watch is a limited-quantity quartz watch Seiko released on July 11, 2025, through its PREMICO imprint, marking 80 years since Tove Jansson's first Moomin novel appeared in 1945. Its 42.8 by 35 by 6.9 mm gold-toned steel case and mocha-beige leather strap frame a cream dial where ten Moominvalley characters gather in a flower field: Moomin, Snufkin, Little My, Stinky, Sniff, Too-Ticky, and Sofus around green numerals with a yamabuki-yellow 12, a Hattifatteners seconds hand, and Moominpapa and Moominmamma engraved on the caseback with the edition number. Water resistant to 3 bar, it retailed at 49,280 yen in a wooden display box. Licensed Moomin Characters merchandise, not shown in any Moomin book or series. (PREMICO; atpress)
