The Shinola Argonite 713, marketed as "The Duck," launched in April 2020 as a 42 mm surf-oriented watch assembled at Shinola's Detroit facility. Its name draws on the Ronda 713 quartz movement it uses and the Argonite Building that houses Shinola's headquarters. An extra-thick sapphire crystal, screw-down crown and unidirectional bezel give it a 20 ATM water-resistance rating, and the case has shipped in several colorways on steel or rubber straps.
