The TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 is TAG Heuer's second smartwatch, launched at Brunnen on 14 March 2017 with Intel and Google. Styled as a 45 mm Carrera, it is modular in the literal sense: lugs, strap, buckle and the central case module all detach, 56 versions were offered at launch, and the connected module can give way to a mechanical Calibre 5 or the Heuer-02T tourbillon chronograph. The module runs Android Wear 2.0 on an Intel Atom Z34XX with GPS, NFC and 4 GB of storage behind a sapphire touchscreen, water-resistant to 50 metres.
