The UNDONE Popeye Mono, reference COL-POP-MONO-POPEYE, is one of the two "1st pieces of the puzzle" that opened UNDONE's Monochrome Collection in a campaign whose assets date to October 7, 2021, limited to 300 pieces. UNDONE described the collection as commemorative monotone "mods" of its best licensed designs, and this one recasts the Popeye Basecamp diver in greys: Popeye's arms still serve as the hour and minute hands, but character, dial, bezel numerals, 40 mm PVD-black case and matching steel bracelet are all drained of colour. A TMI NH35 automatic drives it, rated to 100 m under a Lexan crystal. The live store lists it sold out at US$499. It is licensed merchandise, not a watch that appears in any Popeye work.
