The Xiaomi Mi Band is the fitness-tracker line Xiaomi launched in 2014 at a price that undercut every dedicated wearable then on sale, and which has since become one of the best-selling in the world. Every generation keeps the same construction, a capsule module that pops into an interchangeable silicone strap, while the display grows from the first band's three status LEDs to the colour AMOLED touchscreens of the current models, which is why a band identified only by its silhouette cannot be dated to a generation.
