Worn by Tom Hanks as Jim Lovell. Jim Lovell wears his Speedmaster Professional at home about six and a half minutes into the film, giving a thumbs-up from a lawn chair while watching a lunar eclipse with family and fellow astronauts before the launch. Command module pilot Jack Swigert wore the same watch later in the flight, reading it in the cockpit to time the manual re-entry burn.
