The Timex Expedition is Timex's outdoor field line, launched in 1995 as casual dress spread through workplaces and outdoor recreation boomed. (Timex) Its core analog models set full Arabic numerals over a military-style 24-hour inner track and add Indiglo backlighting and 50 m water resistance at drugstore prices, a design that has run nearly unchanged into the current Expedition Scout and Acadia generations.
