Atsuro Watabe (born 5 May 1968) is a Japanese actor who debuted on television in 1991 and won the Japan Academy Prize for best actor for Juzo Itami's A Quiet Life (1995), an adaptation of a Kenzaburo Oe novel. His varied filmography spans Sion Sono's Love Exposure (2008), Zhang Yimou's The Flowers of War (2011), and the voice of Jean Descole in the Professor Layton games. He plays hotel manager Inagaki opposite Takuya Kimura and Masami Nagasawa in Masquerade Hotel (2019). (Wikipedia)
