Cho Jin-woong (born Jo Won-jun, March 3, 1976) is a South Korean actor who built a character-actor career on supporting roles in Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time (2012) and The Admiral: Roaring Currents (2014) before winning Best Actor at the 51st Baeksang Arts Awards for A Hard Day (2014). He went on to lead the time-loop procedural Signal (2016) and to play Seoul businessman Jong-jin in The Sheriff in Town (2017), and announced his retirement from acting in December 2025 amid controversy over resurfaced juvenile-era legal issues.
