Glenn Viel (born 2 January 1980 in Versailles) is a French chef who took over the kitchen of L'Oustau de Baumanière in Les Baux-de-Provence in 2015 and led it to a third Michelin star in 2020; after guest appearances in the eleventh and twelfth seasons he joined the jury of M6's Top Chef for the thirteenth season in 2022, replacing Michel Sarran beside Philippe Etchebest, Hélène Darroze and Paul Pairet.
