Issey Takahashi (also credited as Issei Takahashi) is a Japanese actor born 9 December 1980 in Tokyo, known for Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003) and Shin Godzilla (2016), in which he played a key government scientist. In Heaven and Hell: Soul Exchange, he plays Haruto Hidaka, a brilliant chemist and secretly a serial killer whose soul is exchanged with the detective who arrests him. (IMDb)
