Issey Takahashi plays Taro Ishibashi, a 38-year-old megabank employee whose analytical mind and sharp observation keep him from settling into a relationship; his two closest friends are Reiya Miyoshi (Takumi Saitoh), a divorced cosmetic dentist, and Kazuhiko Iwakura (Kenichi Takito), the lawyer who heads his own firm, and the series follows the three accomplished, comfortably single men as they start to reconsider marriage.
