Jon Gries, born in 1957, is an American character actor with a four-decade career across film and television. He is widely known for playing Uncle Rico, the sad-sack former quarterback stranded in 1982, in Napoleon Dynamite (2004), and for the recurring role of Roger Linus on Lost.
