Lewis Abernathy is an American screenwriter, director and actor whose credits include the screenplay for DeepStar Six (1989) and the horror sequel House IV (1992), and who joined James Cameron's expeditions to the Titanic wreck, appearing as himself in the documentary Ghosts of the Abyss (2003). On screen he plays Lewis Bodine, the wisecracking partner of Bill Paxton's Brock Lovett, in Titanic. (TMDB)
