Luo Haiqiong is a Chinese actress born in Lanzhou, Gansu, on August 10, 1973, a Shanghai Theatre Academy graduate who broke out with the 2000 drama Like Fog, Like Rain, Like Wind and later appeared in the war film Assembly (2007) and My People, My Country (2019).
