Marc Porel (born Marc Michel Marrier de Lagatinerie, 3 January 1949 in Lausanne; died 15 August 1983) was a Swiss-born French film actor who appeared in some 40 films between 1967 and 1983. The son of actress Jacqueline Porel and great-grandson of Réjane, he debuted in Costa-Gavras's Shock Troops (1967) and went on to lead roles opposite Jean Gabin in The Sicilian Clan (1969) and La Horse (1970), before starring in Édouard Molinaro's The Most Gentle Confessions and Jacques Deray's Un peu de soleil dans l'eau froide (both 1971). He later worked extensively in Italian genre cinema, including giallo and poliziotteschi productions. (Wikipedia)
