Marlène Jobert is a French actress and author born in Algiers in 1940. She became a star of French cinema in 1968 with roles in Faut pas prendre les enfants du bon Dieu pour des canards sauvages and L'Astragale, going on to appear opposite Charles Bronson in Rider on the Rain and Jean-Paul Belmondo in The Married Couple of the Year Two during a prolific 1970s run. She later turned to children's literature and audiobook narration, and received the César d'honneur in 2007. (Wikipedia)
