Patrick Dempsey, born in 1966 in Lewiston, Maine, is an American actor who rose through 1980s teen comedies like Can't Buy Me Love before eleven seasons as neurosurgeon Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, with later roles in Enchanted and Ferrari. He is also a serious sports-car racer, taking a class podium at the 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans, and a longtime TAG Heuer ambassador. (Wikipedia)
