Philippe Etchebest (born 1966) is a French chef awarded two Michelin stars at L'Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Émilion and named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2000. He became a television fixture as the host of M6's Cauchemar en cuisine, the French adaptation of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, in which he intervenes at struggling independent restaurants.
