Pistol Takehara (born Kazuo Takehara, 27 December 1976, in Chiba) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and actor who fronted the folk duo Yakouzen before going solo in 2009 and building a parallel acting career, earning a Japan Academy Prize nomination for his 2016 film work with director Kazuyoshi Kumakiri. He plays Sosuke Yoshikawa, a detective and childhood friend of the protagonist, in Kagefumi (2019). (Wikipedia)
