Takaya Kamikawa is a Japanese stage, film, and television actor born 7 May 1965 in Hachioji, Tokyo, active since 1989 after leaving Chuo University to join the theater troupe Caramel Box. He won the Japan Academy Prize for Newcomer of the Year for Tokyo Nocturne (1997) and later starred as Yamauchi Kazutoyo in the NHK taiga drama Komyo ga Tsuji (2006); he also voiced Prince Ishitsukuri, one of Kaguya's suitors, in Studio Ghibli's The Tale of the Princess Kaguya (2013).
