Yuriko Ishida (born October 3, 1969, in Nagoya) is a Japanese actress and essayist, active in film and television since 1987. She is best known internationally as the Japanese voice of the title character San in Hayao Miyazaki's 1997 animated film Princess Mononoke. She is the older sister of actress Hikari Ishida. She plays Tomoko Nakagawa in the 2021 drama A Morning of Farewell. (Wikipedia)
