The likely candidate is the Gruen Precision 510 that Dell Deaton identified in Dr. No, widely believed to have been Connery's own watch and worn without comment in his return to the role; period photographs have also been read as a different gold watch with plain stick markers, so the Gruen match remains probable rather than settled.
