Dumbo

Walt Disney's fourth animated feature, released by RKO Radio Pictures on October 23, 1941, was made cheaply and quickly to recover the losses of Pinocchio and Fantasia and runs only 64 minutes: a circus elephant calf mocked as "Dumbo" for his oversized ears is separated from his mother, befriended by the mouse Timothy and, with the help of a flock of crows, discovers that the ears let him fly. Ben Sharpsteen supervised the direction; the film won the Academy Award for scoring of a musical picture. (IMDb)

UNDONE, the Hong Kong custom-watch brand, listed this "Disney Classic" Urban on November 25, 2021 at US$349, limited to 100 pieces and sold in Hong Kong and Macau only under a ©DISNEY line: Dumbo in his yellow hat and red collar on a light-blue dial subtitled "The Flying Elephant", on a matching blue strap, with a case back celebrating his resolve to become a circus star and see his mother again.
