Fierce Creatures is a 1997 comedy directed by Robert Young and Fred Schepisi, reuniting the core cast of A Fish Called Wanda. A media conglomerate run by Rod McCain (Kevin Kline) acquires the struggling Marwood Zoo and installs former mercenary Rollo Lee (John Cleese) to make it profitable, driving out its docile animals in favor of dangerous ones; when McCain's son Vince (also Kline) plans to sell the site to developers instead, Jamie Lee Curtis's marketing executive Willa Weston joins Rollo, keeper Bugsy Malone (Michael Palin), and the rest of the staff in a scheme to save it.
