Listen to the Universe (蜜蜂と遠雷) is a Japanese film written, directed and edited by Kei Ishikawa from Riku Onda's Naoki Prize-winning novel, released by Toho on 4 October 2019. It follows four young pianists through an international competition: Mayu Matsuoka's former prodigy Aya Eiden, Tori Matsuzaka's Akashi Takashima, Win Morisaki's Masaru and Ouji Suzuka's Jin Kazama.
