Asger Leth's thriller puts Nick Cassidy (Sam Worthington), a former New York policeman who has escaped from prison, on a ledge of the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan. While the negotiator Lydia Mercer (Elizabeth Banks) talks to him and a crowd gathers, his brother (Jamie Bell) breaks into the building across the street to prove that the businessman David Englander (Ed Harris) still has the diamond Nick was convicted of stealing. The catalogue stops at the maker. Probable identification. The lot photograph shows a square black resin case with PROTECTION above the display, CASIO at its top edge and G-SHOCK below it, the face of the square 5600-series G-Shocks; no model number is legible, so the row stays with the family.
