Sullivan, the rocket-scientist-turned-risk-analyst who first spots the firm's exposure, wears a blacked-out Porsche Design Dashboard P6612 chronograph through the film's long overnight crisis. (Spotern) Hodinkee independently reads the watch as what appears to be the P6612 on an integrated rubber strap with a deployant clasp, and times its close-up reading almost three in the morning at 00:17:38 and a second glance at 01:01:16; it also notes an IWC Portuguese chronograph and an apparently two-tone Submariner elsewhere in the film without naming their wearers. IWC Portugieser Chronograph

Worn by Kevin Spacey as Sam Rogers. Rogers spends the night arguing against selling the firm's book to its own clients, and does it wearing an IWC Portuguese Chronograph, probably the 40.9 mm reference 3714 generation on IWC's reworked Valjoux 7750. The film never holds the dial long enough to separate IW371447 from its siblings. The line carried the Portuguese name throughout the film's 2011 release and did not become the Portugieser worldwide until 2015. Hodinkee notes an IWC Portuguese Chrono in the film without naming its wearer, and a Breitling Source forum member who watched it in May 2013 put a black-dial IWC Portuguese on Spacey and took it for a chronograph. The Tokyo dealer Commit Ginza's 2023 column gives IW371447 as its best reading, over a frame it credits to the spotting catalog Spotern. (Hodinkee; Breitling Source; Commit Ginza)

Rolex Submariner

Worn by Simon Baker as Jared Cohen. Divisional head Cohen wears a gold-toned Submariner with a blue suit and an Hermès tie. The frame does not resolve which gold reference. Montres de Luxe corroborates the sighting and adds that the case and bracelet are two-tone steel and gold with a blue dial, consistent with the Rolesor Submariner Date line, though it likewise stops short of a reference number.
