The Women

The Women, written and directed by Diane English and based on Clare Boothe Luce's play, was released by Picturehouse in September 2008. Annette Bening plays Mary Haines, whose marriage collapses after a Saks perfume-counter girl, played by Eva Mendes, begins an affair with her husband, with a circle of friends played by Meg Ryan, Debra Messing and Jada Pinkett Smith providing support.
