Tokyo Taxi (TOKYOタクシー) is a 2025 Japanese drama directed by veteran filmmaker Yoji Yamada, a remake of Christian Carion's 2022 French film Une Belle Course (released internationally as Paris Taxi). Struggling Tokyo cabbie Koji Usami (Takuya Kimura) is hired by 85-year-old Sumire Takano (Chieko Baisho, with Yu Aoi playing her younger self in flashback) to drive her from central Tokyo to a nursing home in Kanagawa; her requested detours past the sites of her own past turn the fare into a shared reckoning with loss and regret for both of them. The film premiered at the Tokyo International Film Festival on October 29, 2025, ahead of its November 21 theatrical release through Shochiku. (Wikipedia)

- IWC Ingenieur 666
- Worn by Takuya Kimura as Koji Usami. Watch retailer Jackroad's costume-loan archive credits Takuya Kimura with wearing a vintage IWC Ingenieur 666 as taxi driver Koji Usami, an unbranded working-class role in which the antimagnetic 1950s tool watch reads as inherited or secondhand rather than aspirational. - Worn by Chieko Baisho as Sumire Takano. Watch retailer Jackroad's costume-loan archive credits Chieko Baisho with wearing a Cartier Panthère de Cartier SM Ref.W4PN0007, the small diamond-bezel execution of the bracelet watch, as 85-year-old Sumire Takano. The same archive entry lists a Chaumet Joséphine collection Aigrette ring and a Guimel diamond ring worn by Baisho; both are jewelry, outside this catalog's watch scope.
