In His Chart (神様のカルテ) is a 2021 Japanese drama special adapting Sosuke Natsukawa's bestselling Kamisama no Karute novels, previously filmed as a 2011 theatrical feature. Sota Fukushi stars as Ichito Kurihara, an overworked internist at a small, always-open Nagano hospital who must choose between a comfortable university appointment and the patients other institutions have given up on, with Nana Seino as his photographer wife Haru. Kinya Kitaoji plays Genzo Itagaki, the veteran chief of internal medicine nicknamed "Old Raccoon Doctor" for his surgical skill and Ichito's mentor.
