TF1's version of the Dutch singing-competition format The Voice of Holland, first produced by Shine France and broadcast from 25 February 2012, has contestants audition to the backs of four coaches' chairs before joining a coach's team. Nikos Aliagas has hosted it from the first season, with Virginie de Clausade and then Karine Ferri beside him; the 2012 coaches were Jenifer, Garou, Florent Pagny and Louis Bertignac, and Stéphan Rizon, coached by Pagny, won the season.
