Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010)
More actions
Treyarch's Cold War entry in the shooter franchise, published by Activision on 9 November 2010 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Windows and Wii, with a separate Nintendo DS version, ported to OS X in 2012 and re-released for PlayStation 4 and 5 in July 2026. The campaign spans 1945 to 1968 across Cuba, the Soviet Union, Vietnam, Laos and Hong Kong, told through the interrogation of CIA operative Alex Mason (Sam Worthington) and following his handler Jason Hudson (Ed Harris), Frank Woods (James C. Burns), Joseph Bowman (Ice Cube) and the Red Army veteran Viktor Reznov (Gary Oldman). Multiplayer launched with fourteen maps and introduced COD Points, a currency the player spends on loadouts and wagers. (Wikipedia)
Watches
- Timex Camper (vintage)
- Real-adjacent identification: the first-person wrist model wears an unbranded black field watch whose dial follows the MIL-W-46374 layout the Timex Camper commercialized, white Arabic hours over an inner 24-hour track, luminous triangular quarter markers and plain stick hands in a small black fixed-lug case. The game shows no Timex branding and establishes no licence, and the leather bund strap is the game's own addition, since no Camper shipped on one. The comparison comes from a widely circulated September 2026 post by Spike (@spikesguides), who bought a black Timex Camper as "the watch from Call of Duty Black Ops 1" and set his photograph beside this multiplayer frame; the in-game dial text is unreadable, so the identification rests on that layout match. The Call of Duty Wiki separately notes that Mason's first-person campaign model wears a watch like Hudson's, but whether the campaign uses the same asset is not confirmed here.
