Breguet Classique 3137
More actions
The Breguet Classique 3137 is the 36 mm self-winding Breguet Classique that gathers a fan-shaped power-reserve indicator, a moonphase, and a subsidiary date ring on one hand-guilloché silver dial, a layout the maison traces to Abraham-Louis Breguet's perpétuelle pocket watch No. 5. The reference dates to around 1990, during the Daniel Roth-era design period, as a variant of the earlier 3130. Its hand-engraved Breguet caliber 502 is based on the ultra-thin Frédéric Piguet 71 and uses an off-center winding rotor. (The 1916 Company) The coin-edge fluted case, blued open-tipped Breguet hands, secret signature, and individually numbered dial follow the collection's codes, and the engraved self-winding movement is displayed through a sapphire back. Executions span yellow, white, and rose gold on straps or a gold Breguet bracelet; the infobox shows the white-gold 3137BB/11/BAO on its bracelet. (GINZA RASIN, AWC)
