The CWC Sonar is a field watch that Cabot Watch Company added to its waterproof General Service range in December 2019. Its dial is a miniature of the face of the company's military stopwatch, the instrument once used for torpedo timing aboard submarines, and a red anodised screw-down crown stands in for the stopwatch's red pusher. CWC describes a satin matte case with 18 mm fixed bars, sapphire glass, an ETA movement, luminous hands over an unlit dial and 10 atm water resistance. The stopwatch it copies is the one in Mission: Impossible - Fallout; CWC names the Sonar on Cary Elwes in Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre. (CWC; CWC on Operation Fortune)
