The Hamilton Khaki X-Wind is the aviation-instrument line within Khaki Aviation built around a crown-operated drift-angle calculator, a bezel system that lets a pilot work out how a crosswind will push an aircraft off its heading. Introduced in 2005, the line spans a flagship chronograph, the Hamilton Khaki X-Wind Auto Chrono, and a cleaner day-date three-hander, the Hamilton Khaki X-Wind Automatic, both self-winding in 44–45 mm stainless-steel cases. Hamilton's own historical film-placement page credits Regula Grauwiler's Christina Berger, a pilot, with wearing a Khaki X-Wind in the Swiss comedy Handyman (2006), without naming a specific reference.
