Seiyo Uchino is a Japanese actor born 16 September 1968 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; he performed under his birth name Masaaki Uchino until adopting the stage name Seiyo in 2013. His screen credits include Takashi Miike's 13 Assassins and the Fullmetal Alchemist live-action films as the ruthless Fuhrer King Bradley. He plays managing director Soji Ogata, who pulls the young protagonist into the company's bid-rigging department, in Bones of Steel, WOWOW's 2020 adaptation of Jun Ikeido's corporate drama.
