Vacheron Constantin logo

Vacheron Constantin traces continuous production to Jean-Marc Vacheron's 1755 Geneva workshop, the oldest watch manufacturer in unbroken operation. Its Maltese-cross emblem, adopted in 1880, depicts the stopwork mechanism that once kept a mainspring from overwinding. That engineering culminated in the 2015 Reference 57260, a bespoke pocket watch with 57 complications, the most complicated timepiece ever built. Historiques and Overseas anchor the modern hand-finished range. (Wikipedia; Worldtempus)
