Zodiac is a Swiss maker founded at Le Locle in 1882 by Ariste Calame. Its 1953 Sea Wolf landed in the first generation of purpose-built dive watches, and the compressor-cased, brightly coloured divers that followed became the house signature rather than a sideline. Fossil Group acquired the name in 2001 and now reissues those mid-century designs. (Wikipedia)
