Hayato Kawai's road comedy revives Hiroshi Nanjo, the aging action-movie star Yoshimitsu Morita created for the 1994 film License? I Don't Have One!, thirty-two years later. Hiroshi Tachi reprises Nanjo, a 70-year-old star still clinging to his Ferrari and his action-hero image, whose offhand comment about a motorcycle accident involving old rival and fellow actor Makoto Ozaki (Ryudo Uzaki) is misreported as Nanjo voluntarily surrendering his own driver's license; as agency president Atsushi Miyake (Kohtaro Yoshida) and manager Mai Kawana (Nanase Nishino) push him to actually do it, Nanjo instead sets off on a road trip retracing a route from his and Ozaki's breakout film.
