Life

Life (라이프) is a JTBC medical-politics drama written by Lee Soo-yeon and directed by Hong Jong-chan, airing July 23 to September 11, 2018. It sets emergency medicine specialist Ye Jin-woo, played by Lee Dong-wook, against Sangkook University Hospital's newly installed CEO, Koo Seung-hyo, played by Cho Seung-woo, as the hospital's founding medical ideals collide with Koo's cost-driven management. Won Jin-ah, Lee Kyu-hyung, and Moon So-ri round out the hospital's senior staff. (IMDb)

GQ Korea's profile of Cho Seung-woo's watch collection states that a Piaget Altiplano "appeared frequently" on Koo Seung-hyo, matching the character's cold, immaculate management style. An independent Naver blog post agrees that Piaget recurs across the drama, consistent with a running sponsorship of the actor rather than a single watch, but its own evidence splits: its Altiplano identification admits it had no close-up of the piece and substitutes a similar image from Piaget's own site, while it separately identifies a Piaget Polo S from what it describes as an actual scene capture. No source cleanly resolves which piece appears in which scene, so this record follows GQ Korea's stated Altiplano as the primary identification and records the Polo S sighting as an open disagreement rather than a second confirmed appearance.
