Brad Wright and Robert C. Cooper's spin-off of Stargate SG-1 ran for five seasons and 100 episodes on the Sci Fi Channel from 16 July 2004 to 9 January 2009. An international expedition travels through the Stargate to the lost city of Atlantis in the Pegasus galaxy, where Lt. Col. John Sheppard (Joe Flanigan), the astrophysicist Rodney McKay (David Hewlett), the Athosian leader Teyla Emmagan (Rachel Luttrell), the runner Ronon Dex (Jason Momoa) and the physician Carson Beckett (Paul McGillion) fight the Wraith. Propworx's second official Stargate auction, on 19 March 2011, sold a "Hero Canada patch and Suunto watch worn by actor David Hewlett as 'Rodney McKay' in the production of Stargate Atlantis". The technical description gives a "Silver metal digital sports watch with black rubber wristband and metal buckle ... manufactured by Suunto", and the lot photographs show a brushed steel case around a large round LCD with SUUNTO moulded into the strap. The same Propworx sale of 19 March 2011 offered a "Watch, hero knife and sheath worn by actress Rachel Luttrell as 'Teyla Emmagan' in the production of Stargate Atlantis", the watch a "Silver metal watch with black rubber wristband and metal buckle ... manufactured by Casio". The catalogue stops at the maker. The lot photograph adds the family: G-SHOCK is printed on the bezel of an analogue-digital model with a steel-coloured case, red accents and a black resin strap.
