A Suunto watch is a wrist-top computer from the Finnish instrument maker registered in 1936 by the surveyor Tuomas Vohlonen, whose liquid-filled compass patent started the company and whose 1998 Vector was the first outdoor watch to combine an altimeter, barometer and compass. (Wikipedia) The big, clunky Suunto altimeter that narcotics agent Antonio Burns wears in Clinton McKinzie's Crossing the Line, matching the one on his brother Roberto's wrist, is named only by brand and function, so it resolves here rather than to a model page.
