Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Commander's Watch (gold)
More actions
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M "Commander's Watch", reference 212.62.41.20.04.001, is the 18k yellow gold companion to the steel reference 212.32.41.20.04.001, limited to just seven pieces and priced at US$28,000 on release in 2017. It is otherwise identical: the same blue ceramic bezel with Liquidmetal-filled markings, glossy white ceramic dial, "007"-shaped seconds-hand counterweight, red "7" on the date disc, and Calibre 2507 movement with a rotor decorated with the three-stripe-and-loop insignia of a Royal Navy Commander, referencing both Pierce Brosnan's Seamaster from GoldenEye (1995) and Bond's fictional naval rank rather than any single film. SJX describes the pair as the first James Bond timepiece not tied to a specific installment. Omega later auctioned three further individual examples, in steel, 18k yellow gold, and a unique 18k white gold piece, with proceeds to charity. (SJX)
