Lee Marvin (1924–1987) was an American actor who won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his dual role in Cat Ballou (1965) and starred in The Dirty Dozen, Point Blank, and The Big Red One. A decorated Marine Corps veteran of the Pacific theater, he spent much of his later career as a Hollywood star working in French and European productions. (Wikipedia)
