Osamu Mukai is a Japanese actor born 7 February 1982 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Originally trained in genetic engineering at Meiji University, he was scouted while working as a bartender and has since built a career across film and television, including the 2011 film Paradise Kiss, the Netflix series First Love, The Fable, and the anime adaptation Ya Boy Kongming!. He plays elite bank loan officer Shunichi Sonoda in Bones of Steel, WOWOW's 2020 adaptation of Jun Ikeido's corporate drama. (Wikipedia)
